Email Notifications on Opt-in PRO
Get an email every time someone subscribes through one of your squeeze pages. Useful for monitoring traffic, keeping a personal log, or knowing immediately when a launch starts converting.
What you get
When this is turned on for a page, every successful opt-in triggers an email to your notification address with:
- The subscriber's email address
- Their name (if your form collects it)
- Which page they subscribed through
- The date and time of the subscription

This is purely a notification. The opt-in still goes to your email service (Aweber, GetResponse, etc.) as normal — the email just gives you a real-time heads-up.
Turning it on for a page
- Open the page in the editor
- Go to the page's Settings tab
- Find Email notifications on opt-in
- Toggle it on
- Enter the email address you want notifications sent to
- Save and click Update
Recommended use
- Use a dedicated inbox or filter. If you're getting hundreds of opt-ins a day, your main inbox will get noisy fast. Set up a Gmail filter to label these or send them to a dedicated folder.
- Disable for high-volume pages. Once you've validated a page is converting, the per-opt-in email becomes noise. Turn it off and rely on your email service's reporting instead.
- Use it for launches. Most useful in the first hours of a launch when you want real-time confirmation things are working.
Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving notification emails
- Check your spam/junk folder — automated emails sometimes get filtered
- Confirm the email address is correct in the page settings
- Confirm the page has been updated after enabling the notification
- Test by submitting your own opt-in to confirm the form is working
I'm getting too many notifications
Turn the toggle off in the page settings and click Update. The email service still receives all opt-ins as normal.
Can I send to multiple email addresses?
Currently only one email address per page. If you need a team to be notified, use a shared inbox or set up forwarding from your single notification address.
